Please arrive with enough time to unload, park, and have your booth completely ready before the market opens. Exact arrival, setup, and event times will be provided by email before each market.

When you arrive, look for The Bloom Room team. We will direct you to your assigned space and provide any event-specific instructions.

If you experience an unexpected delay on market day, please contact us as soon as possible.

Market Tips

Make your booth welcoming and easy to shop. Avoid overcrowding tables, and leave customers enough room to view your products and move comfortably through your space.

Display prices clearly. Shoppers are more likely to engage when they do not have to ask the price of every item.

Consider offering a range of price points. Smaller, accessible items often make excellent impulse purchases.

Invite customers to follow your business online. A visible social-media QR code can turn visitors into future customers even when they do not purchase that day.

Engage with shoppers in a friendly, low-pressure way. A simple greeting and an offer to answer questions can make a meaningful difference.

Help promote the market before and during the event. Tag The Bloom Room and the event venue so we can share your content when possible.

We also encourage vendors to meet, shop with, and support their fellow small businesses.

Parking

Please unload your booth materials first and then move your vehicle away from the primary customer parking area. Event-specific parking and unloading instructions will be provided before the market.

Vendors are responsible for moving their own equipment. A wagon or rolling cart can make setup and breakdown considerably easier.

Event Hours & Breakdown

Vendors must remain fully set up until the advertised market closing time. Packing early can make customers believe the entire event is closing and may negatively affect neighboring vendors.

Breakdown may begin only after the market has officially ended. Please leave your space clean and remove all merchandise, displays, packaging, and trash before departing.
